What You Called Love is a structured, clinically grounded workbook for adults who lost themselves inside a relationship and are ready to understand how it happened and find their way back. It does not matter whether the relationship has ended or is still ongoing. What matters is that the pattern is real, its cost has been real, and seeing it clearly is the beginning of not repeating it.
The workbook traces the relational patterns that made losing yourself possible: the template, the pull, the moment of knowing and staying anyway, the quiet disappearing. It maps what was actually operating inside the relationship. And it builds the practices of coming back: not by prosecuting what happened, but by understanding it clearly enough that the next relationship does not ask you to disappear.
This workbook is for you if you have stayed in a relationship longer than you should have and still are not sure why. If you have found yourself editing what you say, what you want, and who you are in order to make a relationship work. If you have looked up one day and not recognized the person you had become. If you have left and find that leaving was only the beginning of the work.
