What Betrayal Leaves Behind is a structured, clinically grounded workbook for adults recovering from infidelity, broken trust, relational trauma, or the discovery that someone they depended on was not who they appeared to be. It does not ask you to forgive on a schedule or move on before you are ready. It asks you to look honestly at what the betrayal left in you, name it accurately, and begin building a path toward trusting again without requiring you to forget what happened.
The workbook traces what betrayal does to the nervous system, to self-trust, and to the way you read people and situations after the fact. It maps the specific costs: the hypervigilance, the grief, the shame that does not belong to you, the ways closeness has become harder to risk. And it builds the practices of recovering trust, not the naive trust that existed before, but the more honest and discerning trust that is possible after.
