'Shaolin Butterfly Gung Fu' is based on Fut Ga Kung Fu, which is one of the original 'five families' styles of Gung Fu from the Shaolin Temple. It was created thousands of years ago, and has been passed down 'father to son' and withstood the test of time.
This version of Shaolin kung fu has been stripped of ritual and unworkable techniques. The forms are short, sweet, and logical, which makes the art MUCH easier to learn, remember, and make work.
The applications will work in any situation. Be it the ring or the street, the techniques are a new level of self defense. This is not simple thuggery; this is state of the art martial discipline that will enable one to defeat any attacker and walk away unharmed!
About the author: Al Case began martial arts on November 27th of 1967. He became a writer and columnist for Inside Karate magazine. He has written over a hundred martial arts training manuals, and produced over a hundred hours of martial arts video training. He has been recognized as a ninth degree black belt.
