A translation of 柔術練習図解 早縄活法 一名・警視拳法 a 120 year-old (published in 1899) self-defense manual with 16 Kenpo (Jujutsu) techniques. It was an early Jujutsu training system for police, military or anyone who wanted a form of self-defense. The 16 techniques are all illustrated with step-by step instructions.
