This beautiful book was written from a place of both grief and hope. This gentle story was created to comfort women and families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or any loss of a child. Through simple words and comforting illustrations, it reminds readers that every child is precious, deeply loved, and never forgotten. This book was born out of a deep grief, and a need to have something hopeful to read after losing my own baby. I believe the souls of children go straight to Heaven, and that is what this book is about, imagining what it's like for a child in Heaven. I hope this book moves you as it has moved me, and others.
Back of book: What happens to babies who leave this earth? There is reason to believe these precious little ones will go to Heaven. Truly believing this can offer us hope for our wounded hearts and healing in the midst of our pain.
