The study adopted a quantitative research design as the plan for the research, which examines the phenomenon through the use of objective measurement and statistical analysis of the numerical data. This study was conducted among four hotels in Nsukka, Nigeria, a sample size of two hundred and twenty-one participants were selected from the population using the Taro Yemani formula. Standardized questionnaire was used to elicit primary responses from the respondents as well as to examine the relationship among the independent variable and the dependent variable in the study. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to answer the research questions as well as to test the research hypothesis, inferential statistics like the correlational analysis was used to test the relationships between the independent variables and the dependent variables, while multiple regression analysis was used to test the joint contribution as well as the joint relationship of the independent variables to the dependent variables. The results of the findings revealed that the human resource management practices have significant and positive impact on the organizational performance.
