Holly Beemans Leben verläuft in ausgeglichenen Bahnen. Ihre kleine Eismanufaktur entwickelt sich erfreulich und ihre Beziehung Shaun ist geradlinig. Der männliche Duft seiner Lederjacke und seine dominante Art wecken bis dahin nicht gekannte Sehnsüchte in Holly. Schnell entsteht ein sinnliches Machtspiel, das beide nicht mehr loslässt. Niemals hätte Holly gedacht, dass ein Mann sie derart auf den Höhepunkt treiben kann.

Ich bin Holly Beeman, 23, betreibe eine kleine Eismanufaktur in New York und fühle mich, als könnte ich von einem Hochhaus springen. Mein Leben ist zu Ende und mir ist alles egal.
Allerdings ändert sich meine negative Einstellung schlagartig, als ich Timothy treffe. Dieser Mann elektrisiert mich sofort und ich treibe es am selben Tag noch mit ihm. Bis dahin ein Unding für mich - die biedere Holly Beeman.

Auf einem Kurztrip von New York nach Philadelphia will ich das Gaspedal meiner zwei Millionen Dollar Corvette Stingray ein wenig kitzeln. Bevor ich wieder heimkehre, um mich mit teurem Whisky volllaufen zu lassen, beobachte ich in einer Gasse, dass drei Typen eine hübsche Puppe bedrängen. Yes - genau das brauche ich jetzt: Dampf ablassen!. Diese Penner vertreibe ich im Handumdrehen. Als die Sü e in meiner Corvette sitzt, passiert etwas in meinem Inneren, das ich zuerst nicht kapiere. Schei egal!, denke ich noch. Holly ist rattenscharf und hat Reizwäsche in ihrem kleinen Köfferchen. Ich muss sie f*cken!
Hätte mir gestern jemand gesagt, dass ich mich verlieben würde, hätte ich demjenigen geraten, sich in die Irrenanstalt einweisen zu lassen. Ich doch nicht! Niemals. Allerdings kannte ich da Holly Beeman noch nicht.
Die kleine Holly krempelt mein ganzes Leben um. Kaum, dass ich das begriffen habe, und mich darüber freue, zerplatzt alles in tausend Scherben.
