Fiver has one coin, one jar, and one very big dream.
All he wants is the shiny red scooter in the toy shop window. It has chrome handlebars, a glowing seat, and wheels that seem to whisper freedom. But Fiver doesn't have sixty dollars-he has twenty dimes and a whole lot of determination.
As he plans and saves, Fiver faces all the classic temptations: delicious puff cakes, glittery toys, and even a one-day-only Fart Lizard (which is exactly what it sounds like). But with each chore he completes and every coin he earns, he inches closer to his goal-and learns a little more about patience, smart spending, and the joy of following through.
Told with humor, heart, and richly illustrated scenes, this story makes money management feel playful and powerful. Kids will root for Fiver as he resists distractions, works hard, and discovers that small choices really do add up to something big.
Perfect for ages 4-8, this book is a gentle introduction to financial literacy, goal setting, and self-control. Parents, teachers, and young readers alike will love cheering Fiver on-and might just be inspired to start a savings jar of their own.
