This book was difficult for me to write.
Not because I did not know what to say, but because I knew how many women might recognize themselves in these pages.
30 Days of Strength in a Toxic Relationship was written for the woman who keeps wondering if she is overreacting. The woman who has learned to make her pain smaller before she names it. The woman who still loves, still hopes, still prays, but feels tired from trying to understand why something in her relationship feels so heavy.
It is not written to shame you, rush you, or give simple answers to a complicated situation. It is a quiet thirty-day devotional for the woman who needs space to breathe, reflect, pray, and begin seeing herself more clearly again.
Each day includes Scripture, a reflection, thoughtful questions, and a prayer. The first part of the book gently enters the lived experience of emotional confusion, being dismissed, walking on eggshells, and questioning your own feelings. As the days continue, the reflections move toward worth, truth, boundaries, wisdom, release, hope, and surrender.
This book was written with tenderness because I believe healing often begins gently. Maybe one sentence will stay with you. Maybe one reflection will give language to something you have carried quietly for too long.
Above all, this book is about the relationship that will never become toxic: your relationship with God.
