Hugo Noël Santander Ferreira es un escritor, ensayista, cineasta y educador franco-colombiano cuya obra publicada abarca la literatura, la filosofÃa, la historia, la polÃtica y las artes escénicas. Profesor universitario en ocho paÃses de cinco continentes, ha dedicado su trayectoria a explorar la relación entre las ideas, la cultura y la civilización.
