This book investigated the relationship between nature-based mindfulness practices, work-related stress levels, and mental well-being among early childhood education (ECE) teachers in the United States (US). ECE teachers often experience elevated levels of work-related stress, which can negatively impact their mental health, job satisfaction, and professional performance (Davis et al., 2020e; Susman-Stillman et al., 2020). Limited research has explored nature-based mindfulness practices as a potential intervention for improving ECE teachers' mental well-being (Menardo et al., 2022; Vitagliano et al., 2023).
