I have been swimming for fun since my youth and I decided to get my lifeguard diploma. These years spent teaching swimming made me discover the methods to be able to give to children and adults the essential stages to learn the aquatic environment. 1 / Entry into the water

Let's start with the basics and get into the water gradually 2 / Movements along the chute
Move in the water while standing at the edge of the pool with shoulders in the water 3 / Full immersion
Putting the head under water with or without googles 4 / Touching the bottom
Get a picture of the pool by exploring the bottom 5 / Passive ascent
Let yourself be brought to the surface without moving 6 / Backward and forward imbalance
Learn to fall into the water in all positions 7 / Prone and supine straightening
Learn to reposition yourself in the water from the front and back 8 / Static ventral and dorsal balance
Learn to float and move in an optimal position 9 / Going further
Increase swimming distances 10 / The dive
Entering the water with minimal braking Once you have mastered these 10 steps, you will be able to move through the water, both on the surface and at depth
Be a complete swimmer and enjoy the feeling of pleasure when your body is totally immersed in the water.
