The words highlight the experience of living with the Presence of God and the artwork unravels the journey of traveling from identification with thoughts to being in the living Presence of God. Majana guides the reader to look for the Master Self, the Silent Self that lives within All Beings, Who is here to Guide Us into the Truth of Eternity: God. God is not separate from us, but One with us even as we seem to go through the world of form. Master is here as the bridge to take us from individual suffering in seeming separation to Unity in God.
Take some moments to read this beautiful book, and sing along with these poems and artwork made in the spirit of joy, upliftment, and gratitude towards Our Creator. They are light, colorful, and filled with the grace, delicateness, and strength necessary for the spiritual journey.
The two practices Majana uses to connect with the Master Self, the All-Knowing Guide within, are the Crown Chakra meditation and the Nada Nadi Shakti. For the Crown Chakra, focus on the top of the head while engaging in normal daily activities. For the Nada Nadi Shakti, or the Sound, focus on the high tone pitched sound emanating from the center of the head. Alternate between the two practices. You can also listen to the Sound and focus on the Crown simultaneously. Use these practices to center yourself and to make space between Your Presence and the talking ego. Spiritual practice is a wedge between you and the thoughts you have been thinking are you. Overlook the thoughts and focus on the Presence of Master Self, while staying above the head. Focus lightly on the Sound and notice how it cuts the thoughts in half.
Use this book to stay on the path, and to be inspired to continue spiritual practice, with the assurance that God's Plan is in effect right now. All Beings will come to know themselves in Truth, in God. This is God's Will. So He sent the Master Self.
Spiritual practice helps join our will with Master's Will, so that we may be united in the peace God offers All.
