I never planned to write this book. But after walking through years of confusion, gaslighting, betrayal, and silence, I knew I couldn't keep this story locked inside me. Too many survivors of narcissistic abuse are left alone, doubting themselves, thinking they're the problem. I know that fog, because I lived in it.
Echo's Path: AI-Guided Prompts for Your Healing Journey is not just a book-it's a companion. Each chapter begins with a raw piece of my own story: the arguments that started out of nowhere, the smear campaigns that left me isolated, the times I couldn't even recognize myself in the mirror. I share these memories not to relive them, but to let you know you are not crazy, and you are not alone.
After the stories, I offer practical tools powered by AI prompts-simple, copy-and-paste questions and exercises you can use with any AI assistant to help you rebuild your voice, your boundaries, and your confidence. You don't have to be tech-savvy to use them. These prompts are designed so that anyone-from an 8th grader to a seasoned pro-can use them to take the next step in their healing.

I built this book out of the same heartbeat that fuels the N.O.W. Movement-No Other Way. It is more than a title. It is the truth: there is no other way but forward. Through the Healing Library, Survivor Stories, and the community we've built, I've seen survivors reclaim their voices, veterans rediscover their worth, and everyday people step out of silence and into their power.
My hope is that Echo's Path becomes more than words on a page for you. That it becomes a light in the dark, a companion in the lonely moments, and a reminder that you are stronger than the lies you were told.
