Elder argues the opposite: the AI should do as little as possible. Most of a workflow should run on plain, predictable computer code and stored data, with AI as a thin layer of judgment on top. He calls the balance 60-30-10: mostly code, a good chunk of memory, a sliver of AI. The result is automation that costs pennies to run, fails in ways you can find and fix, and never wakes you up to a four-figure surprise bill.
The whole system lives in one ordinary folder on your computer. No coding, no monthly platform, no consultants. You describe a task in plain English, the AI writes and runs the programs invisibly, and the folder remembers everything. And because the AI is the smallest, swappable part, you are never locked into any one company or model.

You'll also learn how to trust software you can't read, and when not to automate at all.
