- Build the teams: Each team represents a company or product. Get ready to have fun!
- Choose an infiltrator: Select an infiltrator for each team and give them the Yomi card.
- Understand the market: Roll the dice and move around the board. Share your findings with other players (the competition), as market conditions are the same for everyone.
- Climb the ladder: Start defining your strategy based on five key business or product areas.
- Return the infiltrator: Move the infiltrator back to their original team and give them a few minutes to share the competitors' strategies.
- Refine your strategy: Use these insights to adjust and finalize your strategy. Create a compelling pitch to attract investors and potential clients.
- Become an investor: Review all pitches and choose which company you believe has the greatest market potential.
- Declare the winner: The company with the highest investment wins. Discuss the results with your team and integrate the best ideas into your strategy and action plan.
