Technical communication is a fast-evolving discipline that focuses on helping users of products and services perform tasks in an organizational context. This discipline requires connections across organizational functions. During a conference at Université Paris Diderot, technical communication professionals and academics explored the various aspects in which technical communicators collaborate beyond silos.
