Electricity is one of the most popular energy types and its consumption is increasing due to in-efficient equipment installed at sites or already completed his useful life which will result on the current economy of the state / province to procure the fossil fuel for its electricity generation and run the transportation system. In this project, we have used the Edge standard and software to bring down thecurrent power utilization of building which was running and follow the local code and standard up to 20%. Edge software is very useful in developing the model of the building also called the base model by taking into account the location-specific climate conditions, building type, customary occupancy and use, design parameters, and building orientation to create Base Case. In addition, Base case of LyallPul Galleria mall is simulated on edge software and analyzing the base case energy utilization and energy saving-0.13% while final energy use (KWH / Month) is 95,500.In addition, research project also performed the power quality analysis of the distribution network to determine the harmonics, inter-harmonics, sag, swell, transition, unbalance voltage and Power factor of network.
