Gold and diamonds are precious stones found in the world in general and in particular in the CAR. Its exploitation gives rise to economic development for social welfare. Unfortunately, in the CAR, its archaic operating system is harmful to the environment on the one hand, due to the leakage of mercury residues into the rivers during the sieving of the gold thus affecting all the living creatures of the environment. On the other hand, the implementation of the site creates deforestation, causing global warming. It should also be noted that despite all these natural resources, the Central African people are the poorest according to their human development index-HDI which is 0.343 For this resource is not only badly managed by the rulers but it is also a source of greed for the metropolis which has fueled the military-political crises since the country's independence in our days in order to keep it under its rule. For this, state sovereignty is necessary for the rational management of the ecosystem and for sustainable development.
