Ferber knows both worlds from close range: Hodgson as friend and mentor, Wieland as one of the most thoroughly versed scholars of his work. When two people who knew nothing of each other apply the same principles in wholly different fields and both succeed extraordinarily, it is not coincidence. It is a pattern that can be learned.

Each chapter follows both lives, then the research behind the strand - posttraumatic growth, the theory of constraints, stakeholder theory, strengths research, flow, Deep Work. Then three immediate action steps and three reflection questions. No slogans. Concrete work.
At the end you hold your own weaving plan: three minutes in the morning, one undisturbed hour a week, half a day a month.
The book promises three things if you work it: you recognize the strands in your own life, including the painful ones; you understand why they work, with no esotericism; and you begin, tomorrow morning, to weave three of them on purpose.
