In society and business today we see many examples of the breakdown of our culture and values. Sometimes this can be for money, fame, personal gratification, power or other reasons. We should seek to be better. This book describes steps we can take to deliver better work environments and more grounded organizations. Successful organizations depend on a culture that makes work rewarding, productive, and profitable and, yes, fun.
