What is the Quasar K+ strategic planning methodology?
QUASAR K+ is a methodology that seeks to radically enhance citizen participation processes through three basic components: a. Planning;
b. Education and Theater;
c. Intensive participation. Who is this tool for?
In modern democracies, societies prove to be more advanced and sustainable the more they refine the quality of participation in organizational, political, and social life. For participation to be truly high-quality, it is necessary to master a set of techniques and tools capable of making the process more effective. It is from this context that the QUASAR K+ methodology emerges: to provide specific techniques rooted in the values and principles of education and theater, while incorporating planning tools as a structural core. Therefore, it is a methodology that seeks to ensure quality in the achievement of established objectives, strategies, and goals. Consequently, applying this methodology will enable our engagement and participation in environments-whether for study, work, leisure, or home life-to become increasingly satisfying. At the same time, it empowers us by:
- boosting self-esteem-as we become aware of the growth of our productive capacity and the skills we have acquired to interact with and contribute to our family, social group, organization, and society; - incorporates social benefits for the family, the school, the institution where we work, and the community where we live, given that the products and outcomes of our direct intervention come to possess a distinctive quality-one that is finer, more refined, and aligned with aspirations for a better and more just world.
