This book explores the prevalence of scapular dyskinesis (SD) among hair salon workers aged 21 to 35. Scapular dyskinesis, a condition that alters normal shoulder movement and leads to muscle imbalance in the shoulder and scapular region, is particularly common in professions involving repetitive upper-limb activity-such as hairdressing. Despite its relevance, there is a noticeable lack of research focused specifically on this occupational group. By addressing this gap, the study contributes valuable age-specific data and offers a clearer understanding of how widespread SD is among hair salon workers.
