Every chapter follows the same thread: the grain, the still, the cask, and the climate and how each interacts differently depending on whether a distillery sits in the Scottish Highlands, the subtropical coast of Taiwan, the high-altitude plateaus of Mexico, or the shores of the Dead Sea.
