The objective of our study was to identify potential prognostic factors for recurrence of grade II meningiomas based on epidemiological, clinical, and histopathological data, and to identify management strategies for these tumors by attempting to establish a consensus on the therapeutic approach.Our study is a retrospective descriptive study including 103 cases of grade II meningiomas collected between January 2000 and December 2017. All patients underwent surgery and were followed up for a minimum of six months at the La Rabta Neurosurgery Department. Epidemiological, clinical, and pathological data, as well as the treatment modalities employed, were analyzed using univariate and multivariate analyses and survival analysis to identify potential factors associated with recurrence.The significance level was set at 0.05.
