The growth in the use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems has been accompanied by the need to provide managers with quality information and alternatives for reducing costs, differentiating products and services, and streamlining data and information processing. This challenge is aligned with SENAC's goal of providing quality professional education and maintaining its commitment to society.
