Cara Krezek is an entrepreneur and leadership expert whose work sits at the intersection of work, purpose, leadership, and the future of careers.
With over two decades of experience leading large teams and complex organizational initiatives-including serving as national president of CEWIL Canada-she brings deep expertise in leadership, workforce development, and professional transformation.
She is also the author of MORE: A Strengths-Based Performance Coaching Framework and the founder of The Apiary Inc., where she helps individuals and organizations align strengths with meaningful work and sustainable success.
Cara holds a Master's in Leadership and lives in Ontario's Niagara region with her husband, children, and dogs. She is passionate about helping people rebuild confidence, reconnect with their strengths, and create careers aligned with who they are becoming.
