The addition of moisture to the air with no changes the temperature of dry bulb is known as humidification. This paper presents the experimental and analytical study of air humidifier process parameters where a direct desert cooler was used for the entire experiment to evaluate the cooling systems for air humidification. The cooling pad, the capacity of water tank and copper motor of a desert cooler play an important function in energy and cooling performance in the humidification process. The various process parameters such as energy consumption, the ratio of energy efficiency and cooling capacity etc. were analyzed in this paper. The results demonstrate that the energy efficiency and cooling capacity with honeycomb cooling structure was high for the surface area. The test was compared data presented by past authors through their research. This sort of cooler is ideal for maintaining human comfort in both dry and humid regions.
