In this research book, a sophisticated control scheme has been introduced to regulate the bidirectional power flow within a grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system, which supplies a high-inertia, direct-torque-controlled induction motor drive system. Furthermore, the transient performance of this intricate system has been meticulously analyzed and compared utilizing Proportional-Integral (PI) controllers and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) controllers within the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. Comparison of the two controllers reveals enhanced performance of this grid-tied PV system with ANFIS controller.
