As the key actuator of gliding extended range guided projectile, the performance of EMA (Electromechanical Actuator) directly affects its flight quality and strike accuracy. At present, the development mainstream of EMA system is to use BLDCM (Brushless Direct Current Motor) and combine with intelligent control algorithm to realize the fast speed, high accuracy and stable control, which gradually presents the trend of precision, intelligence, universality, modularization and low cost. Taking the EMA of guided projectile as research object, this paper carries out a series of researches around the mathematical modeling, intelligent control algorithms, software and hardware design, motion performance testing and verification, anti-high overload structure optimization and experimental verification.
