This book titled 'Educational supervision and Leaners' Performances' is a doctoral research work. The main objective of the study was to investigate the effects of supervision of instructions on the academic performance of learners of private secondary schools in Ndian and Meme Divisions of the southwest region of Cameroon. The specific objectives of the study are; to assess the effects of classroom visitation on students' academic performances, to determine the impacts of holding conferences on students' performances, to evaluate the impact of in-service training on students' academic performances, to evaluate the effects of feedbacks and communication on student academic performances and to assess the impacts of teaching styles and methods on students' academic performances. The research was quantitative in nature. Primary sources of data was explore through the use of questionnaires conducted. The data was analyzed using multiple regression with the use of alpha of 0.05 significant level. The independent variables were statistically significant to the dependent variables. Recommendations were made.
