Small-business ownership is America's number one way to grow. It's crucial to the nation's economy and to individual wealth. For most people, it's almost impossible to reach a high net worth working a regular job. They're not able to provide wealth for themselves, and they're not able to build generational wealth for their families. But when they become business owners, they can chart their own destiny, build wealth, provide for their families, and mentor and give back to others who could benefit from their knowledge and experience.
My purpose for writing this book is to help you to prepare to become a successful business owner and to answer many of your how? and what now? questions. Although I have an extensive background in working at top-level businesses and in the fields of finance and economics, I still did a lot of guessing when I first got started. So, I know that for people who don't have a similar background, owning a business must seem daunting and overwhelming. I want to remove some of your guesswork.
