The decision-taking process refers to the conclusion reached by the decision-maker / makers, after completing the collection of information and ideas about the topic or problem under discussion and finding a number of alternatives and solutions. As for the decision-taking process, it is the process in which the choice of the most appropriate solution, or the best out of a set of choices, is in the form of a decision made by a person or persons authorized to do so.
