In order to firmly resist, timely refute, clarify and question the socialist basic economic system, and negate and weaken the erroneous statements and practices of the private economy, the theory of China's private economy urgently needs innovation. Only by starting from the great practice since the reform and opening up, innovating the principles of economic value creation, especially the roles, contributions, and rewards of entrepreneurs as investors, risk bearers, managers, innovators, and complex laborers in value creation, can various erroneous statements be thoroughly clarified, and truly guide society to correctly understand the significant contributions and important roles of the private economy, and correctly view the wealth obtained by private entrepreneurs through legal and compliant operations.
The author of this book conducted empirical research and found that the concentrated emergence and phased decline of private entrepreneurs are closely related to macroeconomic cycles. Combining with the problems encountered by private enterprises in different stages since the reform and opening up, a new theoretical exposition has been made on the role and social responsibility of private entrepreneurs as the ultimate risk bearers, as well as the social enterprise attributes of private enterprises; Furthermore, by combining the relationship between private enterprises and the market economy, it is proposed that developing and strengthening the private economy should become a long-term goal of the socialist market economy, as well as new theoretical perspectives on how state-owned enterprises and private enterprises can form a tropical rainforest style good economic ecology. This constructively answers the theoretical understanding questions of Chinese private entrepreneurs, private enterprises, and the private economy in various aspects such as value creation, wealth distribution, building a socialist market economy, and achieving common prosperity
