Rev. Dr. Billy J. Hill is a Baptist minister, U.S. Army veteran, and the author of more than forty books published under Faithful Witness Press - El Ne'eman. He holds the D.Min. from United Theological Seminary, the M.Div. from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and the B.S. in Business, emphasis in Finance, from Norfolk State University.
