Technology is also, at least partially, the reason why so many home-based businesses are succeeding. Today you can fix a bug on a network server on the other side of town or join a meeting half-way across the world without leaving your sofa; work product can be submitted via the internet; documents can be downloaded, signed, and scanned electronically; and phone calls can be re-routed and connected to various locations in a manner of seconds.
