No matter what Chad did he never seemed to fit in with the rest of the high school kids. It was not his looks. More than one girl took notice of him, that is until they got to know him better. One day as he was walking along the ocean, pondering life, he chanced to see a ring of 7 rocks where the tide had retreated. Curiosity got the best of him and he went to investigate. In the water, directly in the center of the rocks, he sees an unusual tube-like device. After retrieving it he chances to look through it and discovers an entire race of small, translucent, human-like creatures. Using the device he is able to enter their empire.
A war is about to be launched between the land and sea dwellers. Chad is commissioned to use his superior intellect to help solve this problem they are facing. Though friendless in the real world he is a hero to the little ones inside their universe. But to what lengths is he willing to go to prevent this war from happening?
