In Touching the Hidden You, Ricardo J. F. Dias presents us with a bold, controversial and polemical therapeutic approach, challenging us to question the concepts of life, health and disease.
Contextualizing his personal and professional path, he introduces us to the key moments that changed his life and that made him rethink the concepts of health and illness, moving from something predictable to something extraordinary. He presents us with a selection of cases that he followed, which illustrate that illness does not always have a physical origin and that there are forms of treatment that will certainly impress you. Throughout his narrative, we find questions to reflect on, as well as suggestions for additional information.
Easy to read, the material in the book is the result of the author's vast experience in the field of manual therapy, but mostly of the last 11 years, in which he has dedicated himself to developing a therapy based on touch, body symbolism and hypnosis, to treat not only the body, but also the emotions, the mind and the spirit.
The book is focused on the concept of parts and it is in this context that topics such as consciousness and not consciousness, emotions, memories, repetitive cycles, psychogenealogy, exorcism, past lives, spiritism and many others are discussed.

RICARDO J. F. DIAS is a rehabilitation nurse, osteopath and trainer of health professionals and of alternative and complementary medicine therapists.
His passion is manual therapy, having developed, over the past 11 years, his own concept of therapy, working with body symbolism for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual treatment.
Among his training, the master's degree in sports sciences, coaching and the neurolinguistic programming master stand out.
In addition to his participation as a speaker in health and in alternative and complementary medicine congresses, his professional career includes 18 years of hospital experience and sports, as a nurse, 15 years as a vocational trainer, 11 years as an osteopath and as a life coach and 9 years as a manager of a health training company.
He is from Porto, Portugal, and it is through physical activity that he charges his energy. He is a fan of bicycle trips, with bags, and long walks, especially on the Santiago's Way or The Way of Saint James. CONTACTS
