Mental illness is an issue that is very much still hampered by the reliance upon both Materialism and Religion. Although the labels have changed in today's world, little has changed since the Middle Ages. In this book, both well-known figures from the field of psychology and medical field provide their input from the Heavenside, as do a number of individuals who had lifetimes burdened with mental illness labels. Whether it's an exorcism or a hanging to deal with the demons that have taken over an individual, or shock treatment and incarceration, there is little difference to the individual who is the target of these unenlightened approaches.
