During a study conducted at Beba Hospital, an educational program on teratogenic medications was evaluated for its impact on pregnant women's knowledge, attitudes, and practices. The quasi-experimental design involved a convenience sample of women aged 25 to 29 years, showing initially poor knowledge about medication risks during pregnancy. Post-program results indicated significant improvements in knowledge and a strong positive correlation (r = 0.695, p = 0.000) between knowledge and attitudes. The findings conclude that the program positively influenced women's understanding and attitudes towards teratogenic medications, leading to the recommendation for ongoing educational initiatives to further enhance awareness.
