Search and Refocus is: - A person-centered accountability concept requiring the consumer, staff, Guardian and families to be actively involved, and responsible for the success of achieving identified service goals in the Person-Centered Plan. Coupled with unique approach to teaching clinical skills to Non-Clinical Staffs that are expected to provide quality Mental Health Treatment Services.
