The second youngest of eleven children, author Joel J. Clemente faced many challenges and dealt with the varied and strong personalities of his siblings. He also had to live up to the expectations of others to complete at least four years of college. In The Story of a Prudent Nurse, Clemente tells a story of his life starting from his college education, to being a registered nurse and volunteer.
