Having read the Scriptures, especially concerning the temptation of Jesus, it initially didn't cross my mind to ascertain the significance of stone and bread. I know the devil will not have a deal that will not favour him. He is so smart in his own way; asking Jesus to turn stone to bread means the devil wanted to prove something. Jesus was sensitive to discern the intention of the devil, and He won.

I was privileged to attend Dunamis School of Ministry (DUSOM) in 2021, and one of the lecturers from Lagos, Nigeria, taught us about how Jesus refused to turn stone to bread: Jesus knew bread could not function like stone. Afterwards, my spirit began to dwell on this topic. Although many lecturers came after that session, my spirit still dwelt on the stone-and-bread narrative; the more I opened it, the clearer it became. This book is, therefore, the summary of the revelation I got from studying Jesus' temptation.
