Silent E Words Long Vowel Readers: Decodable Books Grade 1 / Grade 2 includes:- 25 SHORT, DECODABLE PASSAGES: Make learning to read fun with these kid-friendly stories! These stories cover long vowels (long a, long i, long o, long u, and mixed vowels - all spelled with silent e) and also include sight words.
- 25 COMPREHENSION QUESTION PAGES: Improve reading comprehension with these reading comprehension pages! After each of the silent e words decodable stories, children will answer 2 comprehension questions. They'll also use their phonics skills to practice spelling 2 silent e words that match the skill from the story.
- 5 BONUS WARM-UP PAGES: Give your child an extra phonics boost with these additional practice activities! Children will complete a warm-up activity where they practice the sound of a vowel and reading individual words with the vowel before they begin reading the stories for that vowel.
