The Saibaba Prayer Diary is a simple book that enables users to do Daily Sai Prayer and exercises for each day of the year. The Diary has a mantra section and an exercise section that will show a mantra and an exercise for each day of the year!

Users can start their day by chanting the mantra given for that day and then do the exercise given! This will provide an ideal start to their day and bring about positive results in their life.

The mantra section will show three names from Sai Ashtotram. Each day three names will be shown and thus the complete Ashtotram ( 108 names ) can be covered in 36 days.

Users can adopt Anjali mudra ( Prayer pose by keeping hands in front of chest ) while chanting the mantra or Gyan mudra by touching the tip of the index finger with the tip of the thumb or any other mudra of their choice.

The simple exercise section shows a daily breathing exercise and a physical exercise. Users can do the simple exercises for an ideal start to their day.

There is an alternate breathing exercise given in the book and it can be done by breathing in through left nostril and then breath out through right nostril, then breath in through right nostril and breath out through left nostril. That will complete a round. Repeat a few rounds while doing it.

Fold the page to bookmark the diary. And if users have time, they can even do the exercises and mantras from the next few days!

Whenever they are free, users can also randomly open any page and read the Ashtotram names for one day or many days and then do one activity of breathing exercise and physical exercise or just read the Ashtotram names!

The list of physical exercises in the book are:
