In today's world where there is so much hurt, pain, confusion, sickness, and fear, combined with a lack of faith in Jesus and very little emphasis on Christian values, we are in desperate need of a word of hope and comfort; a word that will let us know that there is still an opportunity to rise above any challenge that we face. I truly believe the Lord breathed on this booklet, and that Dr. Summer wrote it by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Dr. Summer Johnson is an anointed young woman that radiates love for God and anyone she encounters. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Summer completed her Theological studies with a Master of Arts in Faith-based Crisis Counseling and a Doctoral degree in Theology from the Institute for Teaching God's Word Theological Seminary.
By God's grace, Summer is a breast cancer survivor and blessed with the gifts of exhortation and teaching. These gifts are utilized in her church where she faithfully serves as a faith-based one-on-one counselor. She is a role model in her community volunteering in the Communities in Schools San Antonio High School Mentoring Program and is a Soul Friend at the Haven for Hope of Bexar County, a shelter for those experiencing homelessness.
