The monograph summarizes the experience gained over 18 years in the Department of Reconstructive Plastic Microsurgery and Hand Surgery at the A.N. Syzganov National Research Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics in treating hand injuries and their consequences. A diagnostic algorithm for examining patients with hand injuries is proposed, and an algorithm for the actions of medical personnel at all stages of care for patients in this category is presented.
