B1.1 helped you express opinions, conditions, intentions, and casual speech. B1.2 moves into the Korean of community: explaining why, describing people and places, reporting what you heard, making suggestions, and showing gratitude with respect.

Korean does not divide giving mainly by direction. Instead, it uses respect. You will see how 주다, 드리다, and 주시다 show relationships, gratitude, and honorific awareness.
