In Partnering with Nature, Maureen Shepard tells the story of how she came to work with Nature intelligence and the adventures that followed.
Interwoven through her inspiring personal story are excerpts from the Partnering with Nature Handbook, in which she walks us through the steps of connecting with Nature intelligence. She also shows us how to use the connection to get improved results in our work and in our lives.
When Maureen first began her ongoing relationship with the consciousness in Nature, she didn't comprehend the implication of what she was initiating. One day, after reading Co-creative Science by Machaelle Small Wright, she was inspired to walk into the desert and ask to be accepted as a student of Nature. She didn't know at the time if she had actually connected with Nature intelligence, or if anything would ever come of it. But from that moment, her life unfolded in amazing ways and she began a series of adventures introducing her to mysteries in organic gardening, earth energy healing, earth ley lines, energetic soil balancing, flower essences, crystals, crystal singing bowls, mysterious tiny spaceships and more. As a homeopath, Maureen had already been working with energetic medicine, but these new adventures made her previous involvement with homeopathy seem staid by comparison.
Maureen also began a series of journeys working with Nature to heal the earth beginning with the Mimzy Project at Mount Shasta, and continuing to Crater Lake, the Oregon Caves, the Oregon coast, the Sutter Buttes, California's dramatic Big Sur coastline and the famous Esalen Institute. She visited the Sacred Valley of Peru, learning a life-changing lesson at the Incan City of Machu Picchu and participating in a dramatic ceremony near Lake Titicaca which was attended by shamans from around the globe.
Create your own working relationship with Nature
In the Partnering with Nature Handbook excerpts, Maureen gives step-by-step guidelines that can be followed to create your own working relationship with Nature intelligence. She provides insights into how Nature typically works with humans and what to expect, including that you can expect the unexpected. She shows how any project can benefit from working with Nature, not just those, like gardening, that are associated with the natural world.
The glossary of the book covers concepts such as Ascension (of the earth), the Devic realm (the intelligent consciousness within Nature that designs form), Flower essences (energetic medicines created from flowers), Genesa crystal (an energy cleansing device), and Ley lines (electromagnetic lines encircling the earth.)
A Personal Note From The Author:
When I first tried to contact the intelligence in nature, I wasn't sure that I had communicated with anything at all. Was I deluded? Was anyone actually there? I knew that I had intentionally asked for connection, so I proceeded as if the connection was real, just to see where that would take me. Where it took me was into a life more profoundly meaningful than I could ever have imagined. It took me on a journey, not just with Nature intelligence, but also into the depths of my own soul. I wrote this book, not just so that you can read my story, but in the hope that it may inspire the next chapter in your story.
