The Path to Higher Consciousness is a metaphysical journey of transcending from a lower conscious state of mind to a higher conscious state of mind. In a lower conscious state of mind, we are aware of very little outside of our own beliefs and experiences. While in a higher conscious state of mind, we are able to recognize our own ego thinking and experiences and step beyond them to self-examine ourselves. In doing so, we begin to awaken-we awaken from the slumber of a self-absorbed ego mind and begin seeing the unity and connection that exists within our own holistic self and in our world.

When we begin seeing ourselves and our world from a higher conscious perspective, we also begin to recognize the existence of a higher conscious source of energy that Dr. Howard simply refers to as Source. This Source is a web of conscious energy that we are all connected to and we are all part of-it connects our Soul to our Spirit-it connects everything physical to non-physical. This Source does not judge, nor does it tell us who and what we should be-it exists purely in a state of peaceful awareness. Yet this Source has the powerful ability to create Spirit and bring forth the human experience!
